For large gas volume, several to dozens of parallel multi tube dust collectors can be used. Of course, the design and management of this kind of small cyclone (such as diameter < 0.3m) or multi tube cyclone dust collector must pay attention to its structure should adapt to the characteristics of the treated gas and dust, otherwise it may lead to adverse consequences (such as blockage and wear). However, on the other hand, its separation efficiency for fine dust particles (such as < 5 μ m) is still very low, and this kind of dust particles below several microns is the main harm of air pollution. In order to protect the environment and further improve the quality of chemical products and reduce the cost, it is obvious that the separation of dust containing gas by cyclone is unable to meet the requirements.
